LCDR Fitzpatrick Seeks Indictment of Obama for Treason

December 4, 2009

On May 9th, 2009 a grand jury convened a hearing to vote on criminal charges against Obama. The 25 member American Grand Jury voted on 2 counts of criminal allegations. The allegations are that Obama was not born of mother and father who were both US Citizens and that he was a British citizen at birth, and that he is thus guilty of treason. After reviewing the evidence and voting, the American Grand Jury recommended that Obama be tried in Criminal Court for fraud and treason.

In the following months the American Grand Jury convened and finalized 13 Grand Jury hearings ending with Presentments being handed down against Barack Obama. It has served almost 300 legal Presentments to Courts, Judges, District Attorneys, Legislators and various government officials but no Judge has been willing to hear the Presentments and prosecute Obama for Treason and Fraud.

Fitzpatrick presented the complaint before U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee. His complaint was submitted to the Grand Jury as evidence for immediate investigation.

Fitzpatrick's accusations quoted below:

"Now you [Obama] have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors-command racketeers-are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America's constitutional government."

"We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of treason. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works."

"Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy."

"My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief."

On December 1, 2009 Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick (retired) arrived at the Monroe County Court in Madisonville, TN. Fitzpatrick is seeking indictments on President Obama for treason and has been doing so since before the election. "I am sworn to do an obedience to the constitution and do everything I can do to remove him from office, by force of war. And if not, then by force," says Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick went to speak to the grand jury panel for nearly an hour; he wanted to take his case in front of the full grand jury but was unexpectedly offered a panel of only three. In the three months prior to the hearing District Attorney James H. Stutts and Grand Jury Foreman Gary Pettway have refused to let Commander Fitzpatrick appear and testify before the Monroe County Grand Jury.

Pending charges of "obstruction" against Stutts and Pettway filed by Fitzpatrick may have been what influenced the court to finally allow Fitzpatrick to appear before the Grand Jury. After his appearance he informed supporters they would only address the issue of the assistant attorney general and grand jury foreman's attempts to keep him from presenting his case.

Only two days after Fitzpatrick filed his charges against Obama he was visited by the Secret Service. "Two Secret Service special agents came to my residence two months ago... on 19 March 2009, as directed by James Russell Dedrick, United States Attorney for the Eastern District, Tennessee. Dedrick and his assistant, attorney Edgar Schmutzer, triggered the Secret Service alert and reaction upon receipt of my federal criminal complaint naming Mr. Obama in commission of the crime of treason. Dedrick reported me a threat to the imposter Obama." says Fitzpatrick, "The two Secret Service agents, escorted by two local police officers, arrived at eight minutes before 3 o'clock in the afternoon. They all left 'bout an hour later. - I'm still here. - It's been two months. - Mr. Obama admits his treason." Fitzpatrick says he has been visited by the secret service six times, four of which were with police escort.

LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick has bravely faced the suspected treason of Obama and used the appropriate legal proceedings to indict Obama and uphold the Constitution of the United States. It is no surprise that many Obama supporters and those who do not appreciate the Constitution have engaged in an ugly smear campaign against him similar to what is typically seen between rival candidates during election.

There are many rumors that Fitzpatrick was "kicked out" of the Navy stemming from a court-martial received concerning misappropriation of funds. If the reader will do a little research into the facts it will be learned that Fitzpatrick did not personally profit from these funds nor did he even use the funds without his Commanding Officer's permission. Furthermore, the funds were not used for an immoral or unprofessional purpose. The ship's crew voted to use said funds to send crewman and their wives to the funeral of Capt. Mike Nordeen's brother who had been murdered by terrorists in Athens. Capt. Nordeen had supported Fitzpatrick during his court-martial but received no punishment.

"His record of past performance . . . indicates that Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick would be a continued valuable member of the U.S. Navy," a panel of three senior Navy Captains concluded.

  1. Three members of the Smoky Mountain 9-12 Project went to Monroe County. See the up close and personal video of Fitzpatrick’s confrontation with Pettway at http://www.vol360.com. There are posts from members who went and saw the showdown first hand. God bless Fitzpatrick.
